Final exams is in 3 weeks time. Yeap! And I am supposed to be studying instead of surfing the internet and blogging. *Grins*
Anyway, I came across this article in Yahoo! Thought it might be useful for most of you, since the most of us are having our exam soon.

For the coffee lovers! Coffee is chosen as one of the brain health food! Wooohooo!


Fresh-brewed coffee enhance short-term memory performance. Yeap yeap yeap! Caffeine have been shown to slow down the aging process. Just one cup of coffee helps improve attentions and problems solving. Sounds magical to me. Hahahaha!

I was never a big fan of coffee. Just by smelling it, I can easily get a headache. Probably it's the smell of caffeine that makes me feel sick. But right after I read this article, I told myself that I must start drinking coffee. *Grins* Sadly, I made horrible coffee, too thick, too sweet! >.<

NOTE THAT! Ever heard of the concept "Too much of good things"? Haha! If you OD with caffeine, you can mess with your sleeping schedule. Sleep is reboot time for you mental computer, so you don't want to mess with that!

Yogurt is one of the best food sources of lysine.
